INTERN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT (REMOTE)

Successful Commercial Real Estate Development Company is seeking intern/recent college graduate with at least 2 years work experience and professional demeanor. This is a PAID internship position.

Requires availability and resources to work remotely from your location.

The successful candidate will support Managing Directors and staff with real estate development research from your location. More specifically, the role will include assisting the managing directors in locating land/property for future development and/or redevelopment. The successful candidate will be interfacing with internal team members and the brokerage community and an ability to build a career in commercial real estate.

Candidates must be willing to aggressively pursue on and off-market opportunities. Moreover, candidates must be efficient with time and research efforts. The position requires efficiency in Microsoft programs including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Lastly, candidates must have access to an appropriate location to undertake internet research and make phone calls.
